Covid-19 Update: Our services will be online only until further notice. Keep checking here for updates.

Covid 19 & Church Together

We have been extremely cautious during this COVID time and will continue to do so for the safety of each other and our wider community. During this most unusual time we have two options for you to stay connected in worship.

Broadcast Options
We have put a lot of time and effort into creating an excellent broadcasting option during this time. Our website has been redeveloped to highlight our media options and we have produced an App for your phone or tablet. You can join our worship services on the following platforms

Hit the media tab, click live and the service will be there
downloadable on your App store. Click on the LIVE button at 10 am
Facebook This option allows us to interact together

In-Person Options
We are meeting with reduced capacity at the Recreation Center. In an abundance of caution and concern for safety we would like to share the following information with you

  • If you are feeling ill or showing any symptoms related to the COVID virus, please stay home, rest and visit your doctor if symptoms persist.
  • We would ask that you arrive by 9:45 am so that we can get everyone safely seated for a 10 am start. We would like to have everyone in the building by 10am as that is when we will go live on our on-line service.
  • Upon arrival, we will take your temperature with our non-contact thermometers. This involves a member of our team holding a thermometer 2 inches from your forehead. We get an instant-read on your temperature and will let you know what it is. If it is over 100.4, we will ask you to return home and consider visiting your doctor.
  • You will then fill out a short health form about any symptoms you have been experiencing and any people you have been in contact with regarding the COVID Virus. This form is a standard form that you are asked to fill out when visiting a medical facility such as a dentist. You will be asked to sign this, and in signing, it will be releasing Church Together from any liability should you get sick because of attending service. (We hate to have to do this, but… you know… insurance companies!)
  • You will then be given a face mask if you don’t have one. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MASK IF YOU HAVE ONE. We are asking everyone to wear a facemask during the service and while you are in the building.
  • Before you enter the building you’ll see our Sanitization station, where you can sanitize your hands. We will have gloves available if you would like to wear those, but that is your decision.
  • You will then be shown to a "cluster" of seats depending on your family set's size. We have chair clusters set up for families of 5 and below. Your chair will have been wiped and sprayed with sanitizing solution, and we will do this after your departure.
  • We have some overflow seating set up in the adjacent room where the service will be streamed to.
  • We’ll not be singing corporately until we have some more data on the spread of the airborne virus, and won’t have a bulletin or sign in tablets. There won’t be an offering in the service, but a basket by the door. We encourage you to use our online giving platforms.
  • After the service, you will be dismissed in sections through the French Doors into the park. Once outside, you may take off your masks. We are not encouraging that people stay and hang out, but if you would like to, we ask that you do that outside and maintain all social distancing guidelines.
  • The main Bathrooms in the corridor will be closed because of our inability to clean them in real-time, but the single room bathrooms will be available, and we believe that we can clean the multitouch areas quickly. It would help us a LOT if you could use the restroom before you leave home.
  • At this time, we are not opening our Children’s Ministry, and so children will be asked to stay in church with us. If you wanted to bring something that your child could engage with during the dull, long message (ha!), feel free to do so. We realize it's hard for parents to distance their children socially, but we would ask for parental help.

If you have any questions about these guidelines, please don't hesitate to reach out to me ( or (407) 405 5055. I would love to address any concerns you may have before Sunday. After Sunday's service, we will evaluate how things went and make plans for a hopefully larger gathering next week.

We're all in this together, and we're all at different levels of comfort in this. I would ask that you be respectful of the different fears and understandings that people have regarding the virus and that you would help us as we are uber-cautious this Sunday.
